Celtic could look to bring Newcastle United stopper Martin Dubravka into their ranks over the summer months, according to reports – with new Magpies additions potentially shunting their long-serving star further down the pecking order.
Dubravka joined Newcastle back in January 2018, and was their first-choice goalkeeper for some time prior to Nick Pope signing from Burnley back in 2022. He’s fleeted in and out of the first-team since then, including a loan spell at Manchester United – but having made 191 appearances for the club, that could come to an end if Newcastle decide to offload him, with the Hoops being interested.

The report by the Newcastle Chronicle states that Dubravka has only just signed a new deal at St. James’ Park, but that hasn’t stopped the Hoops continuing to register their interest in the Slovakian stopper, who was labelled ‘sensational’ for winning the Save of the Month award back in December.Menu
