Rangers are reportedly looking at Israeli striker Dor Turgeman ahead of the summer transfer window.
It is believed Gers scouts watched Turgeman scoring for his country in the 4-2 defeat to Hungary during the international breaThe striker, 21, plays for Maccabi Tel Aviv in his homeland and has hit an impressive 21 goals so far this season, his sizeable 6ft1 frame and speed helping him punish defences.
English Premier League sides Nottingham Forest and Burnley also had scouts at the game, though the former could have been looking at once-Rangers linked Oscar Gloukh given the Ross Wilson connection.

Turgeman is out of contract at the Israeli giants next summer and that is perhaps another factor which is attracting the Ibrox recruitment staff.
But, as their star man, Maccabi Tel Aviv are still unlikely to part with him for an insignificant fee.

It means Rangers may have to spend big on two of their transfer targets after a £5.5m fee was put on the head of current loanee Vaclav Cerny.
Turgeman and Cerny Rangers deals could hinge on 49ers takeover
A lot of what happens at Rangers this summer will depend on the US takeover going through as expected and no hitches interrupting the deal.
Andy Walker reckons a permanent deal for Cerny hinges on that, so by extension the same could be said for Turgeman given the similarity in fee.
He told the Go Radio Football Show: “I think everything depends on where Rangers are going with this potential takeover.
“There’s talk of a lot of money being invested if it goes through. If it doesn’t go through, I can’t see them coming up with £5.5m for Cerny.”
